Caliber 38 WCF. 26" octagon barrel, full magazine, with special order pistol grip stock, 3X burl walnut, checkered, shotgun buttplate, case colored frame, and single set trigger. Sights consist of the standard front with German Silver blade, early style short rear sight with checkered sides, and adjustable peep tang sight. Serial number is in the 123,000 range. Made in 1883. Letters correctly as a deluxe rifle with the Cody Museum. NRA Antique Excellent Condition Overall. If you've been looking for a real deluxe rifle but worry about all of those clever re-do's being passed off for big dollars, here is a good straight gun still wearing its original finish!
