I believe this interesting set of tools is for reloading Newton Rifle cartridges....circa 1915?  The can appears to have the original patent drawings and directions.  Most of the components appear to be intact and in excellent condition with the exception of perhaps one or two of the pins...one of which I believe to be a homemade decapping pin.  The can is all there but the label is flaking on both ends.  This is the only example of these tools I've ever encountered and would probably be nearly impossible to find with their original storage container.
