Nice example of a S&W 1st Model Single Action revolver (aka Baby Russian) in 38 Caliber with 3 1/4" barrel and hard rubber grips.  These were made for only 2 years from 1876-77.  Serial number is in the 11,000 range (25,548 produced).  Barrel address has patent dates from 1865 up to 1875.  Overall condition is NRA Antique Excellent with about 93% original nickel remaining.  Nice mechanics and excellent bore.  Grips are Fine+ condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.  Nice example of an early spur trigger S&W topbreak!
