This is a Winchester reloading tool that was designed to reload cartridges for Model 1886 rifles in caliber 40-82.  This particular tool is called the Model 1894 tool and was the last Model of reloader produced by Winchester.  It replaced the effective but awkward Models 1888 and 1891 tools.  This one is in excellent condition still showing about 85% original dark blued/japanned finish.  Excellent markings include the Model, patent date, and Winchester address as well as the caliber.  A nice tool that would make a great accessory to an 1886 Winchester rifle or carbine in 40-82.
